About Liz

Inspired by her own experience of the benefits and healing powers of Remedial Massage, which she discovered when recovering from a car crash, Liz was inspired to become a Complementary Therapist, specialising in Aromatherapy and Reflexology. That was 19 years ago. Since then, her passion for yoga and the purity of Complementary Therapy, has blossomed and she has become an expert in her field. In 2000, Liz began teaching Aromatherapy at Bradford College, where she was the course tutor for BSc in Complementary Therapies and also an Aromatherapy Principal Tutor and Examiner. In 2005, with her husband Kevin, Liz moved to the beautiful Almeria Province in Spain. Here she teaches yoga at a variety of levels to people of all ages and abilities, as well as practising Aromatherapy and Reflexology for individual clients. She also offers yoga holidays, giving the benefit of her experience and joie de vivre in the warmth and tranquillity of southern Spain.

Liz’s style of yoga is fun, but never flippant; her classes are small and she tailors all activities to suit individual needs. She is an inspiring teacher through whom students find upliftment and relaxation. Her philosophy is to relax the body and calm the mind in accordance with the physical and spiritual qualities that yoga provides. Her love of life, vitality and passion for her subject inspire her teaching and her life, to the endless benefit of her students.
